Display Screen Equipment Assessment
What is display screen equipment (DSE)?
The most obvious screens are computer displays but it can also include Televisions, CCTV and other graphic display screens used at work.
Who is a user?
The regulations apply to people who use DSE sufficiently for there to be some possibility of risk i.e. musculoskeletal disorders, mental stress and visual fatigue etc.
What is required by the employer?

-
ensure workstations meet specified minimum requirements
-
plan work activities so as they include breaks or changes of activity
-
provide eye and eyesight tests on request and spectacles if required
-
provide information and training
How can we help?
We can identify ‘users’ as defined in HSG L26, complete the DSE assessment on your behalf and recommend ergonomic changes to the ‘users’ workstations.
Provide training for your employees.
Arrange for eye tests if requested by your employees.
All work is guaranteed and conducted by qualified officers with extensive health and safety enforcement experience from previous law enforcement backgrounds. So you can rest assured we know what we are looking for.

If you are a small business with relatively few hazards the assessment need not be too complex and the price will reflect this.
We pride ourselves on fairness and quality and we, like you, are fed up with our ‘rip off’ society culture.
