General Risk Assessment

The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 places a duty on employers to conduct a risk assessment. If you have five or more employees you will have to document your findings.

You are required to look at all of the tasks that are undertaken in the workplace, including equipment and machinery that is used to carry out the tasks.

Use the latest approved codes of practice or legislative requirements to put in place effective recommended control measures
Put in place auditing procedures to enable a review of health and safety performance.
